Our production process

Custom pet art illustration

Our experienced illustrators will draw your unique pet portrait with great care, love and attention. We use digital drawing pads - drawing with a pen on a digital pad - to produce your custom pet art. All illustrations and designs go through rigid quality check by our design team to make sure your personalized pet masterpiece is absolutely perfect. Once we're happy we send a preview to you for approval!

You approve it - then we print it locally

Once you've approved your illustration preview, we'll send it to print. We’ll print your one-of-a-kind pet art masterpiece in our high quality printing facilities on museum grade paper with color to last a lifetime.

We have production facilities in 30+ countries, to make sure your pet portrait is always produced as close to you as possible - fast shipping and good for the environment!

Quality check and ship

Finally, we will carefully package your art in durable packaging with minimal plastic usage. Your order will be shipped locally (domestic in 30+ countries) fully tracked. Time to wag your tail and wait at the door!

Photo guidelines

• Take your pet photo at eye level with your pet
• A regular Smartphone photo works great!
• Make sure long floppy ears are in the photo and are not out of frame.
• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there's no blur
