      How long is the delivery time?

      You’ll receive a preview by email within 24 hours.
      Once you’ve approved it, your portrait will be produced and shipped from the printing facility closest to you.
      With production partners in over 35 countries, your order is printed locally — ensuring fast delivery and no unexpected customs fees or import charges.

      Will I see the portrait before it’s sent?

      Yes, of course! You’ll always receive a preview of your portrait for approval before we send it to you.
